Welcome to Tibshelf School Medical Area

We have a qualified member of staff available throughout the day to deal with our childrens’ medical issues. The school has a system of tracking the services we offer, however, we do require extra support from parents to complete additional information forms. This allows us to administer medication and put health care plans in place.

ILLNESS AT SCHOOL

If your child is ill during the school day they need to go to the First Aid/Medical room and if the First Aider/Medical Officer feels that they are too unwell to stay in school then, with the Head of Year’s permission, parents/carers will be contacted.

Students should not contact home without the permission of their Head of Year.
