Once again, we are delighted for our students as they receive amazing exam results today. Tibshelf students have returned some of the best results the school has ever achieved, and I am very proud of the hard work, commitment and effort they have put in to attain them. These young people have shown resilience, positivity and an incredible work ethic over the last few years, and we are very happy with both the GCSE and vocational results.

Against a legacy of the pandemic, the school have worked hard with students and their families to prepare for this exam series. We have ensured that every single student has a post-16 pathway available to them, and we are thrilled that all our students have achieved their full potential. It is an exciting day for them as they receive these results and are able to take the next steps into sixth form, college or apprenticeships as a result of their achievements.

The overall school results are phenomenal and are richly deserved. I would like to congratulate all our year 11 students, and thank them for their hard work. I would also like to thank staff at Tibshelf – their care, hard work and absolute commitment to these students has contributed to hugely successful outcomes for year 11.
